Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that that links together a creative sequence of poses with the breath. Suitable for those who want to move the body, strengthen and lengthen. Music is often played in these classes. Breathe offers Vinyasa yoga classes at its Toronto yoga studio in The Junction.

Flow 1

A more vigorous vinyasa class that gently develops strength and flexibility with the aid of internal heat produced by the breath and movement. Explore creative sequences while cultivating a meditative practice through breath focus. More challenging backbends, inversions and arm balances are introduced.

Slow Flow

Moves through a flowing sequence of postures at a slower, mindful pace and winds down with a series of restorative postures that enable deep release and relaxation. Suitable for students of all levels.
