Prenatal yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the growing needs of a pregnant body during all three trimesters. The focus is on flow and restorative poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and mental centering.

The Restorative Training in Toronto is a multi-faceted and rich exploration to inform the personal study as well as teaching skills of each student. Students will learn the joys of Restorative through first-hand experience of the postures, and will also learn hands on experience in how to teach students of all levels.
