There is beauty and power in practicing meditation with others, in the community. This 30 min session will begin with a guided, themed meditation, followed by a short ( optional) discussion. The class is appropriate for curious beginners and those who wish to bolster an existing meditation practice. Jan 17 @ 7:30pm.
