Spring Awakening: Yoga + Essential Oils with Denise Ho

A four part series beginning with a short yoga practice and ending with mediation infused with essential oils. We’ll discuss the energetic properties and emotions connected with the oils selected for this series. Learn how to use these oils to create daily rituals that support our yoga/meditation practice and emotional healing.

Participants will receive 4 x 5ml bottles of Essential Oil: Wild Orange, Peppermint, Lavender and Aromatouch Blend.
