This 2hr hands on workshop is dedicated to the practice of cultivating relaxing positions to allow for the body to surrender and let go. Together we’ll explore a series of restorative poses with ample time in each to discover your ultimate shape.

The Restorative Training in Toronto is a multi-faceted and rich exploration to inform the personal study as well as teaching skills of each student. Students will learn the joys of Restorative through first-hand experience of the postures, and will also learn hands on experience in how to teach students of all levels.
