Looking for yoga classes in Toronto? Breathe Yoga has been voted top yoga studio in Toronto for several years and has a wide range of Ashtanga,  Mysore, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin classes starting from absolute beginner to advanced. If you are new to yoga, we highly recommend enrolling in our Yoga Basics , Yoga for Stiff Men, or Yoga for Active Ageing 4 week series where you will receive detailed instruction according to your individual needs.


Pre-registration for drop-in classes is required. You may register by clicking “Book Now” in the schedule belowwhere you can find full descriptions of each class.


Please note that if you need to cancel a class please do so 4 hours before class begins, allowing time for another student to register in your place.  Failure to cancel your class reservation will result in a $10 charge for unlimited memberships and 2 week trial passes, or losing your class credit for drop ins and class packs.


If you have never done Mysore classes at Breathe, in order for you to learn safely and to give your body an opportunity to acclimatise to the practice, we require registration and attendance in a minimum of 5 Beginner Mysore classes.  Once you have completed the 5 Beginner classes you may register for drop-in classes.

  2. Once you have made your purchase, reserve your spot in any Beginner Mysore time slot, arrive at the designated class time and try to come to class 1-2 times per week consecutively.

  3. Arrive 10 minutes before scheduled class time to get changed and meet the instructor. Bring your mat if you have one – otherwise you can borrow one

We are located at 18 Hook Ave, Unit 106

  • There is street parking before 10am in front of 11 Old Weston Rd, just to the east of our building. After 10am, there is parking on Hook Ave.  There is a Green P located at Dundas & Keele.

  • When you arrive to the building, come through the front entrance and follow the main floor hallway until you reach unit 106.

  • Please be sure to bring your mat and a water bottle.
