Looking for yoga classes in Toronto? Breathe Yoga has been voted best yoga studio in Toronto for several years. We have a wide range of classes to choose from. These include Ashtanga Yoga,  Mysore Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Vinyasa and Yin classes that are suitable for absolute beginners to advanced yoga practitioners.

If you need to cancel a class please do so 4 hours before class begins so another student can register in your place.  Failure to cancel your  reservation will result in a $10 charge for unlimited memberships and 2 week trial passes, or loss of a class credit for drop ins and class packs.



We are located at 18 Hook Ave, Unit 106

  • There is street parking before 10am in front of 11 Old Weston Rd, just to the east of our building. After 10am, there is parking on Hook Ave.  There is a Green P located at Dundas & Keele.

  • When you arrive to the building, come through the front entrance and follow the main floor hallway until you reach unit 106.

  • Please be sure to bring your mat and a water bottle


Interested in Mysore classes at Breathe?  If you’ve never practiced this dynamic and athletic form of yoga at Breathe Yoga,  we require registration and attendance in a minimum of 5 Beginner Mysore classes, after which .you may register for drop-in Mysore classes.  Learn about the Mysore style of yoga and follow these steps:

  1.  Register for the Beginner Series  here.

  2. Once you have made your purchase, reserve your spot in any Beginner Mysore time slot, arrive at the designated class time and try to come to class 1-2 times per week consecutively.

  3. Arrive 10 minutes before scheduled class time to get changed and meet the instructor.

  4. Bring your mat if you have one – otherwise you can borrow one
