Many of us are feeling dysregulated (overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or numb), at least some of the time.
This is understandable and is a natural response to the internal and external stress, change, disruption or uncertainty. The path of return to regulation is in the body, the home of our highly sensitive nervous system.
Join us in this experiential immersion as we work mindfully with somatic practices designed to support nervous system regulation and healing.
In this workshop you will be compassionately accompanied through movement, breath, voice/sound and reflective journaling to reconnect with yourself and to gain tools to cultivate a greater sense of calm, groundedness and flow.
No experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome. It is great for beginners or a helpful booster for those with experience.
