Trish has practised yoga and meditation for over 15 years. She is a certified yoga instructor and has recently done a deep dive into the study and facilitation of mindfulness at The University of Mass Medical School (founded by Jon Kabat Zinn) and The Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto. Trish’s passion for teaching comes from the application of mindfulness in her own life. She loves to share her learning and to be in community with other seekers.
