Join us for age-positive classes for older adults. Yoga for Active Aging is a four-week
series designed to improve strength, balance, energy, and mindset to embrace the
fullness of life at every turn.
Each class combines hatha yoga and restorative postures, breathwork, mindfulness,
and deep relaxation. After the practice, you are welcome to stay for a light snack and
social time, to chat and support each other.

You’ll be invited to use blocks, a chair, or a wall if those supports improve your comfort and stability. You’ll be empowered to meet challenges that are right for you.
