Join us for this 6 week course of strength building designed to not only make you stronger, but help your mobility, your balance …and your confidence.

Each class will combine mobility, isometrics, strength and conditioning – all that you need to stay strong, balanced and feel a sense of lightness in your body.

Strength training is one of the most powerful ways to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident at any age — especially for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.

This beginner-friendly 6-week course is designed to help you build strength that supports bone health, balance, posture, and daily vitality. It’s not about lifting heavy weights — it’s about building the kind of strength that supports you in everything you do.

Through guided, mindful training, you’ll gain energy, improve muscle tone, and support long-term wellness in a safe, supportive environment.

COURSE STRUCTURE: Duration: 6 weeks

Schedule: 2 classes per week
Length: 45 minutes per session

Each class offers a full-body workout blending mobility, strength, and conditioning — all taught in a small-group format for personal attention, proper form, and a fun, supportive vibe.

CLASS FORMAT:
Warm-Up & Introduction (4–5 min)
Section 1 (10 min)
Section 2 (10 min)
Section 3 (10 min)
Section 4 (10 min) 1-minute transition between each section
Cool Down (2 min)

Classes rotate through four training stations each week:
Mobility – Prepare your joints and muscles for movement
Isometric – Strengthen with controlled holds for better stability
Strength – Build lean muscle and improve bone health
Conditioning – Low-impact cardio to enhance endurance and energy
