The 4 Phases to Your New Metabolism

The Metabolic Balance® program is a structured journey designed to reset your body’s chemistry and lock in your results for the long term.

1. Preparation Phase (2 Days)

Before we dive in, we gently prepare your body for the nutritional change. This brief phase focuses on light detoxing to prime your metabolism for the roadmap ahead.

2. Strict Reset Phase (Minimum 14 Days)

This is where the magic happens. Following your personalized food list, we begin to regulate your insulin levels and calm systemic inflammation. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your cravings disappear and your energy returns.

3. Relaxed Transition Phase

As your metabolism stabilizes, we start reintroducing additional foods and testing how your body responds. We’ll begin to incorporate “treat meals” and social dining, finding the balance that works for your lifestyle.
