You train hard. Now recover smarter. Yoga for Sports is a six-week series built for anyone who loves to move —
runners, cyclists, golfers, swimmers, team sport players and everything in between.
Each session targets the muscles and joints that take the biggest hit in athletic activity, helping you build flexibility, prevent injury, and find the kind of body awareness that genuinely improves performance.
Get more agile, more mobile and yes, stronger. Suitable for all ages, all levels and any type of sports lover.
Many of us are feeling dysregulated (overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or numb),at least some of the time. This is a natural response to the internal and external stress, change, disruption or uncertainty.
The path of return to regulation is in the body, the home of our highly sensitive nervous system. Join us in this experiential immersion as we work mindfully with somatic practices designed to support nervous system regulation and healing.
In this 4 week Workshop, we’ll introduce you to the Basics of Yoga. Expect to enhance your flexibility, mobility and strength while reducing stress and tension.
“The 4 week course has been so helpful in preparing me for classes. I have a better appreciation for the basics and feel more confident signing up for future classes. Jelena is a great instructor and is very patient and approachable. I highly recommend this!” Wendy
