How Often to come

FOR FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND OVERALL WELL BEING:

We recommend attending 3 classes per week, spaced 1-2 days apart to allow for recovery when you’re first starting. As you advance you should add one day a week up to 6 days per week with one day rest for optimal health.

FOR WEIGHT LOSS, FITNESS AND STRENGTH:

5-6 times per week and we recommend that at least one class from the Strength! category be one of them.

The well documented anti-depressant and anxiety reducing effects of yoga last about 24 hours, so your mental wellbeing will be greatest with a daily practice.
