Breathe Yoga is pleased to offer customised yoga, meditation and wellness programs on-site at our studio or at your offices (within the GTA) as well as virtually with the goal of enhancing the physical and mental health of your employees. For virtual offerings employees from anywhere in the world may participate.
All of our Classes + Workshops are customised according to the wellness objectives and needs of the group we are teaching. All instructors are Certified and Insured.

A sound bath is a full-body therapeutic experience. Some may experience a deep meditation and others a dream-like state. There is no one way to show up and nothing participants need to do but allow themselves to pause. The instructor intentionally weaves frequencies of crystal singing bowls, voice, drum and more to invite therapeutic processes to take place such as: regulating the nervous system, releasing tension, slowing the brainwaves, and experiencing deep rest. The session begins with gentle seated movement and breath work as an invitation for the body and mind to recalibrate. No prior experience with meditation or sound therapy is necessary.
Mindfulness meditation practices are simple, yet effective ways to increase our self-awareness, cultivate greater calm, balance and enhance our ability to live more fully in the present moment. Elements to be covered include an Introduction to 4 foundational meditation practices, the role of mindfulness in managing stress and learning to respond skillfully to challenging situation, cultivating self compassion and loving kindness and oping with the reality of life that is always changing
This is a 4 Week in depth intro to the fundamentals of yoga. Participants will work with a Senior yoga instructor who will teach them proper alignment and breathing techniques that will enable them to practice yoga on their own, or feel comfortable joining a public yoga class.
This 4 week workshop is designed to unwind, de-stress and restore the working stiff. The class will focus on postures and movements to help work away the negative impact of sitting, poor posture and shallow breathing. Progressive pose sequences will release tight muscles, while incorporating breath work, insights on postural alignment, desk stretches and meditation practices which can be taken off the mat and into your workplace.
This course will provide an overview of why mindfulness matters to leaders, as well as an in-depth, practical application of mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, increase clarity and efficiency, improve communication, and establish a clear sense of purpose and wellbeing.
