Bree Yoga is by far my favorite. The space is warm and beautiful. Classes are well paced, Inspiring and easy to follow. After year of not practicing, I finally decided to start again and it has been the perfect place for me because it ranges in all levels and ages coupled with friendly and well informed instructors. This studio is beautiful, clean, and airy, the instructors are so wonderful, and the vibe of the studio is calming and positive. I was enrolled in the 6 week Strength class and just registered for another session. The classes are comprehensive and target individual fitness levels. Jenna, the instructor is very clear in her instructions and ensures that each participant is doing the exercises correctly by modeling and/or verbal cues. It’s a great workout! The structure of the class is easy to follow and addresses each aspect for strength development and conditioning. All necessary equipment such as weights, is readily available. I have improved my muscle strength capacity and overall conditioning in the 6 week period. These results are positive and motivating. The studio is clean, bright and welcoming. Trish Sullivan has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with an additional certification in Trauma Informed Yoga and Somatics (100 hrs). She has also earned her certification as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator and has been leading courses, workshops and trainings for the past 8 years in mindfulness and body based practices to facilitate living with greater ease and well being. Trish leverages evidence-based tools and the ability to create a compassionate container to support individual learning and growth. Trish’s passion for teaching comes from experiencing the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and somatic practices in her own life. She loves to share her learning and to be in community with other seekers.
Trish has recently completed a 3 year Somatic Experiencing Practioner (SEP) training program and is working towards her final certification as an SEP.
