Movement in all forms has always been part of Shae’s life, whether it was dancing, figure skating, running, or skiing. Shae started practicing yoga in 2001 and found Pilates shortly after and has been teaching in Toronto since 2015.

Shae loves to create fun and inclusive classes with the option to level up, and always encourages her students to listen to their bodies as they move.
