Lover of all things movement, Meghan has been teaching yoga for over 15 years.  Inspired largely by her late aunt Diane Bruni, along with Vinyasa and Ashtanga modalities, contemporary dance, and Pilates, Meghan’s classes weave together strength, flexibility and philosophy into an integrative all-levels flow. She completed her 300 hours teacher training at the Downward Dog Yoga Center in 2007, and has enjoyed sharing her love for yoga ever since.
