Meghan has been practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga since the age of 13. By 17, she was committed to a daily Mysore practice, and has never looked back. Meghan completed her 300 hour Teacher Training in 2008 at the Downward Dog Yoga Centre in Toronto. She currently enjoys teaching her public school grade 2 students how to do yoga and meditate. Meghan is passionate about movement in all shapes and forms.
