Jess is a Yoga & Movement instructor with a passion for crafting innovative and challenging classes. Committed to her practice for over 15 years, she has completed her RYT 250h, Pilates & Barre certifications.

Jess combines intentional sequencing with creativity to help students build a stronger core, deeper mind-body connection, and advance their practice from a place of stability and confidence. Her background in performance, music, and dance means she always brings a playful energy to her flows, with the goal of inspiring students to lead with their most authentic selves both on and off of the mat!ess, and confidence.
