Jelena has been playing sports and engaging in different types of movement all her life. Picking up yoga and meditation informally through her dad when she was a toddler, the teachings stuck with her and inspired her to return to yoga post-pandemic. Heavily inspired by those around her, especially her dad, Jelena’s classes are geared towards moving with one’s own breath, exploring stability, mobility, and strength while incorporating a bit of heat. Jelena completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yogaspace in early 2023 and has been teaching ever since.
