This studio is beautiful, clean, and airy, the instructors are so wonderful, and the vibe of the studio is calming and positive. I was enrolled in the 6 week Strength class and just registered for another session. The classes are comprehensive and target individual fitness levels. Jenna, the instructor is very clear in her instructions and ensures that each participant is doing the exercises correctly by modeling and/or verbal cues. It’s a great workout! The structure of the class is easy to follow and addresses each aspect for strength development and conditioning. All necessary equipment such as weights, is readily available. I have improved my muscle strength capacity and overall conditioning in the 6 week period. These results are positive and motivating. The studio is clean, bright and welcoming.
