Jenna, the instructor is very clear in her instructions and ensures that each participant is doing the exercises correctly by modeling and/or verbal cues. It’s a great workout! The structure of the class is easy to follow and addresses each aspect for strength development and conditioning. All necessary equipment such as weights, is readily available. I have improved my muscle strength capacity and overall conditioning in the 6 week period. These results are positive and motivating. The studio is clean, bright and welcoming.
