Latecomers will not be admitted 10 minutes after class has started. If you are new to the studio, please arrive at least 20 mins early to get registered.
No cell phones or communication devices in the studio. If you are a doctor or your child is sick, please leave your phone with the front desk and we will come get you should an emergency arise.
Please keep your voice down both in the studio and in public areas.
Saucha, or Cleanliness is one of the main yoga values we embrace. For the sake of everyone around you, bathe before coming to class, wear deodorant and clean your mat – often. If you borrow a mat from Breathe, please clean it thoroughly after class with your towel and the Mat Cleaner provided in class.
Treat everyone around you, including Breathe staff with the kindness and respect with which you would like to be treated. Rude or abrasive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Your energy affects everyone. For your own safety, and out of respect for the teacher leading the class and the students around you, follow the instructions given. If you wish to do your own thing, consider another type of class or practicing on your own.
