Here’s a great workshop for all you who spend too many hours a day at your desk, but just can’t get away.
Spend an hour learning poses and movements that you can do at your desk to keep your body healthy and mobile throughout the day. Release tech neck and physical, mental and emotional tension that builds up during the hours of our busy, stressful days. Some of these you will even be able to do while your webcam meeting is on !
Each participant will receive a synopsis of the moves after the workshop, so you can pick and choose the pieces that helped you the most! Let’s take care of ourselves … before, during and after our workdays.
