Yoga Therapy for Mental Health

According to the yogic tradition the fluctuations of the mind are represented by the changing phases of the moon, sometime bright and sometime half and other nights hidden or unlit.

Yoga therapy is the application of yogic wisdom
to understand ourselves at all levels. In this Yoga for Mental Health 4-week series, we will explore mindful movements coupled with breathing techniques and visualizations to understand the complex and changing landscape of our minds.

What you will learn:

  • techniques to calm the mind
  • techniques to foster self love and self compassion
  • skills for improving focus, memory
  • relaxation techniques to catch high quality sleep
This workshop will be hosted via Zoom & a post-live recording will be available after class.
Sundays March 6 – March 27th from 4-5pm on Zoom.
