By popular demand Tween Yoga is back!
‘Tweens need something of their own. Yoga encourages individuality and creativity through yoga poses, breath and meditation. This practice is an excellent way to increase your tween’s resiliency and learn mindfulness techniques that they can implement in their day to day life.
No previous yoga experience is required. This workshop is for ‘tweens from 10-14 years old.
For the sake of all of our patrons, please ensure your children respect studio etiquette :
-Quietude – no loud talking or running
-No footwear beyond the carpeted area of the reception area
-No food or drinks other than water in the studio
-No electronic devices in the studio.
