ADVANCE YOUR PRACTICE THROUGH A WEEK LONG EARLY MORNING YOGA INTENSIVE Streaming Live with Margot
NOVEMBER 9 – 13 daily 6:15-8:15am
In regular 1 hr yoga classes, there is little time to review the fundamentals, finesse alignment, work on advancing in a pose and moving further into advanced postures. As a result many of us are doing poses improperly, possibly causing harm to wrists, shoulders or lower back and we may not be working to our full potential.
In Breathe’s Fall Yoga Camp you will spend a week starting your day in 2 hours of yoga with Margot reviewing key fundamentals that will enable you to move further and deeper into your practice. We will cover how to work toward a Chaturanga (for many of us it takes years!) Downward and Upward Facing Dog, among others, and move into the more advanced arm balances, hip openers, hand stands that are only accessible if you are practicing regularly.
Learn to move into poses safely and with ease-enabling a sustainable and strengthening practice for years to come.
This is a pre-registered workshop.
Classes will be recorded and available for registrants in case of a missed session.
Hours are eligible toward a Yoga advancement and Teacher Training Program YA Credits
