Yoga for Stress & Anxiety

From an Energy Healing perspective, this 4 week workshop will focus on utilizing Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and BodyTalk to reduce stress and anxiety.

In this 4 week course we will be looking at reducing anxiety and stress from the perspective of energy healing.
We will review energy healing in order to help you understand the connections between the latest scientific explorations in quantum medicine and healing techniques derived from ancient wisdom and spirituality.
We will also discuss the inner senses, how to access them, and how to bridge gaps between conscious and unconscious in order to shift perception and understanding of what we are feeling.
Several types of therapeutic techniques, Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and BodyTalk will be introduced in more detail, and the student will have the opportunity to experience and practice specific self help techniques in order to calm anxiety and stress.
