Classes provide an opportunity for pregnant women to develop greater vitality and awareness of their changing bodies. Yoga, breath work, and meditation help to cultivate flexibility, calmness, and confidence in preparation for labor and childbirth. Yoga can help to ease the birthing process itself, reduce pain and can enhance the joy of giving birth.

This class is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other expecting mothers. You can join in at any stage of your pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
NOTE: Teachers on the schedule who have an asterisk beside their name are PreNatal Trained. Thus, in addition to designated PreNatal classes you may attend these classes and do modifications appropriate for pregnancy. Inform the instructor of your pregnancy at the beginning of class.
Please note that in addition to the Pre Natal class, Breathe has a number of teachers on the regular drop-in schedule who are Pre Natal trained. Their names are asterisked on the schedule. Feel free to come to their classes - just let them know you are expecting
