Kids, Tweens and Teens are invited to come to class on PA Days! Introduce them to a yoga practice and like minded new friends.
We’ll have classes for everyone! A Family Yoga class for Kids and Caregivers, Tweens have their own special class while Teens get to come to a drop-in class with Mom, Dad or caregiver. (see below for details on classes)
FAMILY YOGA WITH KIDS (5-9 YEAR OLDS)
A unique, healthy, fun and fulfilling way for Parents and kids to spend time together on their PA Day! We’ll emphasize mindfulness and encourage connections to set the stage for a great day off with our kids.
YOGA FOR TWEENS (AGE 10+)
A special class for your Tween where they will breathe, flow, balance and learn to focus while socialising and making new friends.
TEEN YOGA (14 Yrs+)
Come to the regularly scheduled 1pm Flow 1 class with Mom, Dad, or Caregiver
Drop-in Student Rate – no registration necessary.
Must be 14 years or older and must be accompanied by an adult if under 16.
