Join us for a 5 day Breathe community mini meditation retreat. Together we will move into a week of meditation, practicing a variety of mindfulness meditation practices to cultivate a calm mind and open heart, which is particularly important during our current context of uncertainty and change. Everyone is welcome and the practices are suitable for beginners and those with more experience. There is beauty and strength in meditating in community, come and discover for yourself, we would love to have your presence with us.
