This workshop will examine the ‘shoulders’ – the joints and supporting musculature, scapular movement and stabilization especially in weight bearing. We will isolate and strengthen key muscle groups while mobilizing areas of limited range.  Participants will:

  • Better understand unhealthy upper body biomechanics
  • Learn techniques to build strength and mobility
  • Reduce chronic pain and discomfort in neck and shoulders
  • Improve body carriage in daily activities and in your yoga practice
