Befriending the Body
As a Source of Wisdom & Transformation
The body is a tremendous source of insight and wisdom. When we move into the body we are able to shift more easily out of our thinking mode and into our being mode. In this place we connect with ourselves more fully, without the blinders of worry, fear, and judgement. In this experiential workshop we will use the body through yoga, meditation and guided journalling to gain deeper insight into how we are doing in this moment and how to best support ourselves to move skillfully through times of uncertainty and change. The intention is for this to be a healing and grounding experience of coming home to self.
