Tuning into the body as a source of insight & transformation
The body is a tremendous source of insight and a vehicle for for personal healing. When we tune into the sensations in the body we have the opportunity to shift more easily out of our “thinking mode” and into our “being mode”. In this way we have the potential to connect with ourselves without the blinders or worry, fear and judgement.
In this experiential workshop we will drop into the wisdom of the body through yoga, meditation and guided journaling to gain deeper insight into our authentic desires and needs. The intention is for this to be a healing and grounding experience of coming home to self.
