Yoga for Anxiety

CALM YOUR MIND. RELAX YOUR BODY.

Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of mind-body practices that will help reduce the symptoms associated with anxiety and stress.

Beginners, as well as those with previous yoga experience, will benefit by learning:

  • Physical yoga postures and movement techniques that enable deep rest and relaxation and help release tension.
  • Safe and effective breathing and meditation techniques
  • The elements of yoga nidra and yogic philosophy.
