Simone offers a creative, body positive approach to her yoga classes. She has been offering yoga classes in Toronto for several years. She believes in the strength of the individual and strives to bring her passion for yoga and mindfulness to her students. Simone’s teaching philosophy follows the medicine wheel model- incorporating aspects of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health into the yoga practice in a way that can be accessible to all.
