Susan came to yoga through the Breathe 4 Week Yoga Basics course, looking to find ways to modify the yoga practice to accommodate her needs. She has not looked back since!
With a thirst for knowledge, Susan completed the Breathe 200 hour certification program, and is now a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioner, and can often be found rocking a crow pose in class! She is living proof that age knows no bounds, and that you can do anything you put your mind and heart to.
Susan is now the teacher of the Breathe signature 4 Week Yoga Basics course, guiding students through the fundamentals of the yoga practice and giving them the tools and confidence to be able to continue with their practice.
