The old adage couldn’t be more true for flexibility.

Let our teachers Adam and Scottie take you from stiffness to new found flexibility, greater strength and stamina in your physical training and overall wellness in your life.


Designed as an introductory course dedicated to enlightening men with the knowledge to establish the basics of a yoga practice, and to create a safe and familiar setting in which to gently build flexibility and strength. Expect a full spectrum class, exploring movement, the breath, and mindfulness to tackle flexibility, injury, and stress issues.

Registration after a session has started is permitted if room allows. Please see front desk to inquire. In between session dates, you are encouraged to attend regular drop in classes. If you require guidance on which classes to attend, please ask your teacher or front desk.
