YOGA FOR STIFF MEN

THIS 5 WEEK PRE-REGISTERED WORKSHOP  WILL RESUME IN SEPTEMBER.  In the meantime, please come to any of our Beginner or Restorative classes on the Drop-In Schedule. Feel free to call us on 416.926.9642 if you have any questions about which classes to attend.

Designed as an introductory course dedicated to enlightening men with the knowledge to establish the basics of a yoga practice, and to create a safe and familiar setting in which to gently open the body and build strength. Expect a full spectrum class, exploring movement, the breath, and mindfulness to tackle flexibility, injury, and stress issues.

Registration after a session has started is permitted if room allows. Please see front desk to inquire. In between session dates, you are encouraged to attend regular drop in classes. If you require guidance on which classes to attend, please ask your teacher or front desk.
