A slow and methodical introduction to yoga, this 4 week Pre-Registered class works to lengthen muscles, identify & build strength in weaker areas, and introduce meditation techniques to calm the nervous system.
This 4 week Pre-registered class is the place to start if you’re new to yoga, are injured and/or prefer a class catered specifically to Men’s needs.
DONE YOGA BEFORE? Come to our Yoga for Stiff Men drop in class on Wednesdays at 6:15pm.
Designed by Men, exclusively for Men, these classes focus on gradually developing flexibility for the inflexible, strength and balance.
Professional and amateur athletes including hockey, soccer & football players, golfers as well as and aging men make yoga a regular part of their fitness routine to maintain flexibility and to help with or prevent injuries.
