ARE YOU A YOGA TEACHER WANTING TO LEARN MORE ABOUT ACTIVE YOGA PRACTICE FOR PREGNANT STUDENTS

By bolstering the fundamental knowledge that is given to teachers with some hearty additions, an active practice can be available to those seeking it at any stage of pregnancy. In this workshop we will review the common modifications and add an abundance of variations that go beyond the basics, to support people practicing through pregnancy.

PRACTITIONERS,  maybe you’re in the sweet spot of the second trimester and moving is feeling really good, but stepping forward from downward dog is getting awkward in your regular practice and you aren’t always certain how to make space for your babe.

TEACHERS,  have you ever felt a hint of apprehension when a pregnant person has entered your class, because you aren’t confident adapting the sequence you planned to accommodate a growing baby, but you still want them to have an inspired practice?

This workshop is uniquely appropriate for students AND teachers, and having both present will allow us to learn from each other!

**This workshop is not a substitute for pre-natal yoga teacher training or childbirth preparation classes, but it could make you curious about both!
