Partner Birthing Workshop

This 3-hour workshop will benefit both you and your birthing partner, preparing you emotionally and physically for labour, while letting you enjoy benefits of an inviting small-group setting.
To participate, it is recommended that you have been practicing pre-natal yoga throughout your pregnancy, or have practiced before you were pregnant, and are within six weeks of your due date.
This workshop is unique because it can teach your partner ways to be more involved and supportive throughout the labour process, boosting both of your confidence levels as well as lowering your anxiety.
Topics will include breathing (pranayama), partner-assisted yoga postures (asana), relaxation massage techniques and a brief review of the various stages of labour.
$72 + HST per couple
