Date for the next intensive will be announced soon

During this week long intensive, we will explore the full Ashtanga Primary Series, introduce elements of the Second Series and work towards establishing an independent practice through experimenting with Mysore (self -practice with teacher guidance).

Through this daily work, students can expect to observe shifts and a new found openness and lightnesss in their practice.
