Pre-Natal Yoga Learn how to tap into your own labour tools and bring them with you on your journey into motherhood. The key elements of prenatal yoga, including breathing, yoga postures, stretching, and releasing the spine will be the focus of this class. This class is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other expecting Moms. Appropriate for any stage of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is required. By pre-registering for 6 or 12 weeks, students receive a discount off the regular drop-in rate and are guaranteed a spot in the class. You may register at any time (there are no start/end dates) Please note that if you are pre-registering, the classes must be taken in a 6 or 12 week consecutive time period on your chosen day (Wednesday or Sunday). Missed classes may not be made up other than for reasons of illness. Generally we have no pre-natal classes on those Sundays that fall on long weekends. If you are registering on-line please bring your paypal receipt to the first class. |
