Partner Birthing Workshop

This workshop will benefit both you and your birthing partner! To participate, it is recommended that you have been practicing pre-natal yoga throughout your pregnancy, or have practiced before you were pregnant, and are within six weeks of your due date.

In an inviting, intimate and small group setting, this two hour workshop will help prepare both you and your birthing partner for labour. Your partner will learn ways to be more involved and supportive throughout the labour process.

Among other things, we will cover techniques in:
breathing:

  • toning / sounding
  • partner-assisted yoga posture
  • relaxing & supportive massage
  • briefly review the various stages of labour

and,

  • receive an introduction to natural homeopathic healing remedies for birthing and to help hasten the healing process after birth

Pre-registration is required. Spaces are limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.
