Yoga for Stiff Men 1

Designed as a six-week session dedicated to enlightening men with the knowledge to establish the basics of a yoga practice, and to create a safe and familiar setting in which to gently open the body and build strength.  Expect a full spectrum class, exploring movement, the breath, and mindfulness to tackle flexibility, injury, and stress issues. 

Yoga for (Less) Stiff  Men 2 

Designed for the guys who have completed Yoga for Stiff Men 1, this series will continue the process of building more flexibility, more strength, more mindfulness and more acceptance of our bodies.

Learn to intelligently release tension and restricted mobility from sports, weight lifting, or just neglect – and witness the results as you dissolve stress patterns and awaken to a stronger, more flexible, and satisfying yoga experience.
