Intro to Yoga for Runners Series
This 8-week series of 1 1/2 hour classes uses the foundations of yoga to bring awareness to structural and muscular imbalances caused by repetitive strain on specific muscle groups used in running.
Muscles, joints and tendons that are subject to overuse injury will be the focus.
Each week will have a specific body emphasis, leading to the development of an individualized post run routine.

Christine Felstead also teaches a Yoga for Runners drop-in class every Thursday at 7:45pm at our Bloor St location. No pre-registration is required; this drop-in class is recommended for those who have completed the 8 week Introductory Series or students who have prior yoga experience.
