Over the course of 4 weeks, participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of mind-body practices that will help reduce the symptoms associated with anxiety and stress.
Beginners, as well as those with previous yoga experience, will benefit by learning:
Physical yoga postures and movement techniques that enable deep rest and relaxation and help release tension
Safe and effective breathing and meditation techniques
The elements of yoga nidra and yogic philosophy.
