As we age, whether through being very physically active or long hours spent seated at a desk, the effects of not having stretched enough or loss of muscle mass in certain areas of the body catch up to us.
Stiffness & tightness in the joints and lower back lead to other physical limitations, a reluctance to participate in certain activities, weight gain, lethargia and generally limit our ability to enjoy life to its fullest.
Over the course of 6 weeks, we will work on opening up the body, increase flexibility and range of movement in the joints by encouraging practical stretches that can be practiced at work, at home or at the gym.We will also focus on exercises to help alleviate stress.
