REGISTRATION + LOCATION FOR BREATHE YOGA CLASSES
Pre-registration for classes is required. You may register by clicking “Book Now” in the schedule below. All classes are booked through the Breathe Momence page. Please note that if you need to cancel a class please do so 3 hours before class begins, allowing time for another student to register in your place. Failure to cancel your class reservation will result in a $10 charge.

In order for you to learn safely and to give your body an opportunity to acclimatize to the practice, we require registration and attendance in a minimum of 5 Beginner Mysore classes. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin to change and ask any questions. Bring your yoga mat, a towel and water.

Once you have made your purchase, reserve your spot in any Beginner Mysore time slot, arrive at the designated class time and try to come to class at least once per week consecutively.

There is street parking before 10am on a section of Old Weston Rd, just to the east of our building. After 10am, there is parking on Hook Ave. Alternatively you may park on Dundas St W (please be sure to abide by parking hours to avoid ticketing/towing) or at Dundas st. W + Keele st. where there is Green P Parking.

When you arrive to the building, come through the front entrance and follow the main floor hallway until you reach unit 106.
Please be sure to bring your mat and a water bottle. Complimentary tea is often available after class.
