ASHTANGA YOGA + MYSORE CLASSES

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful and dynamic form of yoga designed to purify both body (through producing inner heat with powerful breathing) and mind (through focusing on a visual point).

In Mysore class,  students practice the Ashtanga yoga sequence and advance through the series by working together with the instructor in a group setting. Individual guidance and attention enables you to learn and advance in the practice according to your own individual ability.   While working closely with your instructor, expect to benefit from the energy and motivation that transpires within a group setting.

If You Are a Beginner to Mysore style Yoga Register for the Beginner Series
Welcome to the practice!  In order for you to learn safely and to give your body an opportunity to acclimatize to the practice, we require registration and attendance in a minimum of 5 Beginner Mysore classes.
Please register for the Beginner Series here.  Once you have made your purchase please register for any Beginner Mysore class and try to come to class at least once per week consecutively.

In Led Primary Series class we practice the Ashtanga sequence as a group and the class is led by the instructor.  The Led Primary Series class enables students to experience the fluid and rhythmic pace of the Ashtanga series.  If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend taking a few Mysore classes before attempting this challenging class.

Please register for classes by clicking “sign up” in the schedule below.  All classes are booked through the Breathe Momence page.

Live yoga classes are offered in our  intimate studio in High Park, Toronto.  The address of the studio is emailed upon registration.

For virtual classes, you will receive the zoom link with your booking confirmation, as well an email a reminder 1 hour before class. If you do not receive your email, please check your junk/spam folder.  If it is not there 60 mins before class starts please email info@breatheyogastudio.com and we will resend it to you.
