Mysore Beginner Monday to Friday 6:45-7:45am starts now
Curious about what happens in the wee hours of the morning at the studio? We now have a dedicated Beginner time that starts at a more manageable 6:45-7:45pm.  If you’re new to Mysore and want to start a practice this is the place to be.

NEW! Ashtanga Beginner  Tuesday and Thursdays – 5-6pm starting May 23 
Learn the powerful Ashtanga sequence that builds strength, flexibility and stamina in this power hour class.  This is the yoga style class practised in early morning Mysore classes so this is also a good class to come to if you’re interested in starting a Mysore class.

NEW Vinyasa Flow Level 1 with Amber on Thursdays 7:45-8:45pm.  starts June 1
Flow through  this new Vinyasa class with powerful and creative sequences that Amber is known for.
