There’s Still Time to Register! Christine Felstead’s 8 week Yoga for Runners Series has been changed to start on Thursday April 19 7-8:30pm. The 8 week series is designed for runners and endurance athletes new to yoga who wish to balance their running regime with a strengthening and flexibility program. Muscles, joints and tendons that are subject to overuse and injury will be the focus. Join or sign the runner in your life up for this very popular series.
