Leave the Weight of Winter Behind and Lighten Up for Summer!
Join fellow Breathers for our annual popular Spring 30 Day Detox and Yoga Challenge. Learn to create a safe cleanse appropriate for your body type at our Friday Wellness Series lecture with naturopathic Doctor and Health coach Tanis Maclaren. A 10 day cleanse will be followed by a 20 day daily yoga practice. By the end of 30 days, you ‘ll have shed a few pounds and feel lighter and stronger with a daily yoga practice. Just in time for summer!
