Restore and Meditate this Sunday with Susan Richardson
Last Sunday Breathe students joined Senior Instructor Susan Richardson for a 2-hour Restore and Meditate workshop, our popular in-depth look at Restorative Yoga coupled with the sometimes elusive practice of meditation.
If you have always wanted to go deeper into this practice, or if you simply wanted to treat yourself to an extended restorative experience, we have one more session this coming Sunday April 29th. Join Susan at Breathe in Bloor West as she takes you through deeply healing and restorative postures and guided meditative exercises that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Pre-registration is required to ensure a spot. $45 per person.

Meet our New Teacher!
Breathe is happy to have David Good, as one of our newest members on our team of amazing teachers. You might already know him as a regular substitute for our flow and restorative classes, and now he will be leading his own Vinyasa Groove and Athlete Flow sessions starting with our May 1 schedule.
David has been practicing yoga since his early twenties, with the idea of teaching yoga slowly creeping up on him. “After moving to Toronto and starting a daily practice the idea of teaching was always a seed planted in the back of my mind. I knew I wanted to share my passion with others and be a part of growing the yoga community in Toronto.”
David enjoys a fast and upbeat vinyasa class as well as a deep and slow restorative. His vinyasa-based classes will be perfect for anyone looking to add some fun to their flow. “The flow will be rich with alignment cues, following creative and challenge sequencing. The pace will be linked to our breath and the beats from some awesome playlists. The level is a 1-2, you will sweat and be challenged.”
