Through movement, Tyler challenges the stagnation of the modern life. He believes strongly in the importance of cultivating creativity in yoga. Inspired by the works of Tom Myers, Axis Syllabus and the biomechanics of the body, Tyler focuses on developing an adaptive approach with creativity to nourish the individuals’ path toward having a movement practice. Practicing for over a decade and receiving certification at Breathe Yoga Studio’s 300 hour program in 2012, the learning never ever ends!
